Cancellation Policy

All minors (anyone under the age of 18) must be accompanied by a parent with a valid ID. Must bring in a copy of minor's birth certificate, and a picture ID for the minor (drivers license, permit, school ID, passport). If minor does not have a picture ID then a copy of the minor's immunization records will need to be brought in. Minor ears are $60 that includes surgical stainless steal stud earrings and cleaning solution. We do have titanium screw backs for an additional $20
